Terms & Conditions

1. Voucher Validity: This voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue. The expiration date is clearly stated on the voucher.
2. Redemption: The voucher can be redeemed at The Marlborough Tavern for food and beverages. It cannot be exchanged for cash or used for gratuity.
3. Reservation: Advance reservations are recommended when planning to use the voucher, especially during weekends and holidays. Please mention the voucher at the time of booking.
4. Single-Use: This voucher is for single-use only. Any remaining balance after the redemption will be forfeited and cannot be carried over to another visit.
5. Non-Transferable: The voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual whose name is specified on it. Identification may be required.
6. Lost or Stolen Vouchers: The Marlborough Tavern is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
7. Duplication: The voucher cannot be duplicated or reproduced. Any attempt to do so will render the voucher invalid.
8. Special Offers: The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, or special menu unless specified by The Marlborough Tavern.
9. Management Rights: The Marlborough Tavern reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this voucher at any time without prior notice.
